Emails bouncing

Post by cindys5 »

I have some yahoo groups that I have set to receive using one of my website emails. I have tried everything I could think of in the control panel with the spam things and all the other settings to stop it from bouncing my emails. Not that many emails are actually getting thru before I find out at yahoo that my addy is bouncing. I have one of my other website addys set to receive a few groups and it hasn't bounced yet. What can I do to stop the emails from bouncing so that I get my email? It makes me wonder if those bounce, am I having customers trying to contact me and their mail is bouncing?

Is the specific email account you mentioned able to receive any mail at all?

Could you please forward the bounce message emails to me as attachments to "support <AT> trunetworks.com". It is important they are sent as attachments so I can see the full, original email headers.

To diagnose this further please send more details about what email account(s) are involved including the address of the sender.

I emailed you with details and haven't heard anything yet. Have you figured anything out? Did you get my email? Just checking.

Cindy, I apologize for the delay. I went through your email again and found what could very well be the cause of the problem. I have replied via email detailing it further.
